Comment mesurer l'efficacité des programmes en media sociaux ?

Etonnat de voir comme les mesures dont les entreprises se contentent pour l'instant sont très éloignees du business.
Cela chnge quand le management se met à penser que le social media c'est bien plus qu'un media mais un outil qui peut créer de la valeur et qui, en tant qu'outil ne se limite pas aux réseaux sociaux bien connus.
